The base fabric in this home-woven fabric is soft, made of 1 plyed cotton yarns. The warp and weft is tied batik, dyed in indigo. At both ends of the base fabric, a macrame braided border has been sewn on by hand, provided with loose threads used to tie the belt around the waist. On this braided section, small round shapes of silk threads have been embroidered. There are also embroideries of the same yarn in both cross stitch and chain stitch. The end sections are lined with red cotton fabric.
