This simple traditional top has been made of the leaf hair fibers from Gerbera delavai, also called Chinese fireweed in both warp and weft (15 x 5 th/cm). The yarn is evenly and finely spun, but after prolonged use the fibers have sort of fused together in the fabric. The top has been sewn together by hand with fine and rustic stitches, from narrow fabric widths (15 centimeters). The white fabric around the neckline is made commercial cotton.
