This pillowcase or cushion is a new production using pieces of traditional Hmong textiles. The light blue fabric is made of home-grown and hand-spliced hemp (13 x 12 th/cm), sewn into a pillow case with a panel of cotton indigo-batik fabric (30 x 30 th/cm) adding typical Hmong-style embroderies and appliqué. The fabric on the back side is made of home-woven cotton (12 x 13 th/cm). In the center of the back there is a simple opening for the pillow.
