This rustic fabric is made of home-grown jute, hand-spuned with a hard twist, and woven in a back-strap loom (10 x 5-6 th/cm). Five fabric widths, 27 centimeters broad have been hand-sewn together with rustic stithes. The dark-brown warp stripes seems to be of jute yarn as well.
