The fabric in this characteristic Romanian table-cloth is made of home-spun flax, woven in twill (14 x 15 th/cm). Warp stripes in unbleached and bleached yarn, and weft bands of red cotton yarn. It is made in one weaving width, adding a hand-crochetted lace sewn on each end.
