The value of this rustic and simple man's top is the unique plant material, the fabric is made of the leaf hair fibers from Gerbera delavai, also called Chinese fireweed in both warp and weft (12 x 6 th/cm). The yarn is extremely soft but stable and evenly hand-twisted. After prolonged use the fibers have sort of fused together in the fabric. The top is made of basically eight fabric widths of 15 cm, sewn together with fine rustic stitches to create this top. The blue fabric around the neckline is made of commercial cotton fabric.
