This table cloth is made of four short weaving widths, held together with a hand-crochetted cotton lace. The fabric is made  of home-grown hemp in weft and cotton in warp. Hand-woven in twill, a caracteristic sack quality. Warped faced with bleached cotton on the front side, and on the weft side (backside) it is unbleached (12 x10 th/cm). Both the hemp yarn and the cotton yarn are hand-spun. The red weft stripe is made of colored cotton yarn.
