This traditional and finely cut men's jacket is primarily made of the leaf hairs of Chinese fireweed (Gerbera delavayi) but the warp is a thin 1-ply commercial cotton yarn, likewise every other weft thread is followed by the same cotton yarn, but every other by fireweed. Therefore, the structure of the fabric (17-19 x 11-12 th/cm) surface becomes both square, also slightly stiff and airy and lightweight. The jacket has been sewn together with machine stitches from narrow fabric strips, 14 cm wide. At the neck area, inside and along the front flap, a cotton lining has been sewn on, and also edged with a black cotton fabric. The neckline is held together by two handmade yarn hooks made of cotton yarn, the same type of hooks, three of which are at the waist.
